We are currently upgrading to Windows 10 for our office terminals from Windows 7. However, we use ArcPad for field data collection and I am trying to make sure that our GPS units (Topcon GRS-1, Windows Mobile 6.1) will be able to still connect and share data properly. As part of that, we have to update the software on the units to a newer version of ArcPad (currently 10.0).
In the ArcPad Help it states: "Install Microsoft ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center on your Windows computer if you intend to install ArcPad on a Windows Mobile device." However, I do not believe those are currently supported on Windows 10, so how do we go about updating the GPS units with a more recent ArcPad version?
