Can I remove (or at least edit) the service layer credits on a web map in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS?

So I have an Operations Dashboard with a web map that is using the World Street Map (Night) as the basemap. The service layer credits on the bottom right update dynamically depending on the extent of the map. That being said, when I look at the default extent of my map, which is in St. Petersburg, FL. The first line of the credit states "City of Tampa":

This has riled some within my organization.

How can I either:

1: Ensure that "County of Pinellas" comes first, or

2: Remove this altogether.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have the same issue.

I work for a State Agency, and the first line of the credit lists a Federal Agency. Like mentioned above my management has concerns.

This is easy to fix in ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro
