Map Services with Embedded Credentials Not Functioning (502 Bad Gateway)

As of this morning I've noticed that secured services whose credentials are embedded are not loading in ArcGIS Online (see previous thread re: this issue and a resolve utility proxy from November 2018)

I've confirmed with other users outside of our organization that they're experiencing the same 502 Bad Gateway console errors/headers.

Tagging Kelly Gerrow‌ in case ESRI staff is not yet aware of this issue.

Same issue here. All of our map services linked through AGO stored credentials coming from utility.arcgis.com/usrsrvcs... are down with 502 Errors.

Hi Seth and Gregg,

Thanks for posting about this, sorry for the delayed response here.  The underlying cause here is with the traffic service, which has been reported on http://status.arcgis.com/.  My understanding is that this should be clearing up (or already cleared up).

I haven't looked into your accounts, so maybe you've already done this, but if you ever run into any service disruptions with ArcGIS Online please feel free to submit a Tech Support case:

Thanks!
