Can`t import Raster Dataset into geodatabase (Postgres) from ArcMap 10.6.1

Failed to convert C:\Users\user\Desktop\1.jpg. ERROR 999999: Error executing function.
No raster store is configurated.
Failed to execute (CopyRaster).

Import from older ArcMap versions is OK.

Is there a reason that you need the raster in the geodatabase?

I would suggest storing the raster on disk, then access via Mosaic Dataset: What is a mosaic dataset?—Help | ArcGIS Desktop 

What is the config keyword being used for the raster storage?
