Are you asking if the software client (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, etc.) makes a copy of all data that you use for processing on the machine doing the processing?

If so, I would say no. It would use your input(s) data source and the output location. As I understand it the client does not keep any other data unless in a model and you have keep intermediate data enabled.

Thanks for quick reply,

As I understood that, Arc Pro, Arc Map not making any copy of all user data , which processed in ARC.

What does mean by unless in a model and you have keep intermediate data enabled? Please more elaborate

I would review the following documentation:

Create a model tool—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop

The in_memory workspace—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop

Considerations when using the in_memory workspace—Appendices | ArcGIS Desktop

The ArcGIS Products only make a "copy" for processing and then it is deleted.

What is your specific concern about the data that is being consumed/processed in ArcGIS?
