Layers not Aligning

Hello,

I am overlaying two different shapefiles on ArcGIS Pro and they are not exactly on top of each other as they should be.

Both Shapefiles have the same Projected Coordinates as you can see in the attached files.

I tried creating a separate new project and adding both layers again but it did not work.

I need to do a spatial join but since they are not stacked on top of each other some features are taking the attributes from the incorrect feature.

Should I do something in specific to solve this problem?

Thank you,

One possibility is to use the Snap GP tool to move points/vertices from one feature class to another feature class based upon a specified distance.  Make sure to run this on copies of your data and not the original feature classes to see if the output is what you want it to be.

Just a couple of questions to help us figure it out.

Where did those shapefiles come from?

Were either of them georeferenced and converted from CAD or transformed from another coordinate system?
