Pretty much trying to determine the question in the heading. Would prefer not to have it as a tab by default in part as it always the changes the layout i was working in to be the layout at whatever tab was last in line before the attribute table I have just dragged to my second monitor. Assuming it is not too difficult as this was/is possible in ArcMap.
