ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension

I would like to use the "ArcGIS Data Interoperability extension". How can i determine if my organization's enterprise licence includes access to this extension?

If you have download privileges for it, go to My Esri (top right), connect to your organization and check

Actually it is better to check the Licensing pane and see if there is a license available:

It would be best  to contact the administrator of your licenses who will have access to my.esri.com

It you are using ArcGIS Pro and your licenses are managed through your ArcGIS Online Portal or ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, you will have to talk to the administrator of the portal to see if a license can be assigned to your named user.

You must be admin Xander... I don't have the top line options, just the ability to download.

There is nothing really under licensing except reference to legacy software and the developer and arcsde registration.

True, most likely the end user will depend upon the admin to configure or assign the license.
