Download last 2.8.x version for Windows

Hi Survey123ers,

I would like to download the last 2.8.xWindows version of Survey123 and Survey123 Connect.  My ultimate clients are iPad 4s with IOS 10 and I need to work with a defined toolset to satisfy my IT groups rules, so this will be the platform I am on for some time until I can justify new hardware.  My iPads update to 2.8.2 through the App store.

Please check the Survey123 Classic (aka 2.9) in our https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/07/06/bull-release-30 announcement on details about downloading 2.9 on Windows and Android. Please versions of the Survey123 field app prior to 3.0 are not available in the Apple Store (per Apple's policy).

My issue is getting an IOS version tied to the 2.9. If you have an IPA for the 2.9 version, that would be great, or a whole package of the latest 2.8.x version including IOS IPA, Connect and Windows client…
