Stuck in login loop?

Hello,
Very new to this Web AppBuilder and operating it. LEarning as I go. Right now, I seem to be stuck in the most basic of steps, starting it up. Following the guide, I am at the point where I have to "Specify the URL to your ArcGIS Online organization", which I do, getting the successful green check:
and then I hit continue, which takes me to
And I just keep looping between these two screens.
What should I try to move past this?
