Survey123 upload known locations (2.5+k)

I'm looking to use Survey123 to collect information from facilities with known locations (around 2,500 Hospitals, Medical Clinics, Shelters and other medical facilities).  Short of adding all of them to a field in Survey123 Connect, is there any other way to batch add them as the source of location?  Thanks!

Have you investigated the use of the pulldata function to extract known coordinates from an external dataset?
