Will this app be supported on the windows OS soon?

All of my field crews utilize surface tablets and I was wondering if Explorer for ArcGIS will be supported by them anytime soon?

You might want to try to flag on of the Explorer for ArcGIS place owners to see if it is in the plans

As Dan points out adding your request to the idea is a beneficial thing to do.  I have also forwarded your request to the product management team.  The product management team helps with prioritizing the work that we do.

"Soon" is a bit relative, but I can say there are no plans to support Explorer for ArcGIS on Windows this year.
