Arc Collector

I have a team using arc collector for field data at the end of the data they upload their data to the cloud. They gave me the user name to arcgisonline where I am assuming the data is being uploaded to but I do not see any new data under content. Is this where the data would be uploaded to? If so would it be under content or some where else. If someone could let me know if would be appreciated.

Are all the users in the same ArcGIS Online organisation?

If they are editing a layer, the new information will be found in this item, not under their username Content. 

Open the web map that they are using in Collector and check to see if their information is shown either spatially on in the attribute table
