I have done this several times before, today restarted my phone and the app multiple times, and although the features are read and ready on arconline, they are not reading on my collector app? Suggestions?
I moved your post to the Collector group (was in ArcPad).
I'm not sure if this would have anything to do with your issue, but there was an update/new-version release yesterday.

Did you try logging out (then reboot your device, if needed) and logging in to your ArcGIS Online account from collector app?
