I can't get x-ray add in to install

I want to download the esri parks and garden info model but need the x-ray add for ArcCatalog to read the xml file. Every time I try to run the installer for the add in it gives me this error message....

Is anyone else getting this error? Is it because I'm trying to run it on a VPN?

maybe it is looking for the C drive... is your F: drive highlighted?  hard to tell

What is the version of ArcGIS Desktop?

For ArcGIS 10.2-10.5.x

For ArcGIS 10.1
