Modifying LiDAR in a channel to reflect cross section survey data

Hi - I am working on a creek modeling project, specifically trying to digitize the channel and floodplain to bring into HEC-RAS using Hec GeoRas.

I have LiDAR data of the whole floodplain (raster), survey points with elevations across different cross sections of a channel, and a tin of the channel that was created using the survey points.

I want to update the LiDAR so that the channel elevations are based on the survey points/TIN rather than the existing LiDAR elevations. I can't seem to find any guidance on this.

Does anyone know how to do this? Let me know if I can clarify anything - mostly just want to change existing elevations within a raster based on specific survey points.
