Getting a black box this morning for USGS National Map layer failed to load on all my FlexViewer apps. Any information I missed or is it just down this morning? See attachment please.

Will Compiled Flex Viewer Version 3.1 web apps 

 I am  researching if i  can go to ArcGIS Server 10.2 and our compiled Flex Viewer version 3.1 apps will still work?  i  currently have ArcGIS Server. sometime hijack by dark web
