How to load the base map image only what is seen in dataframe of ArcMap

I have loaded the base map. I want  only the area for Austin, Texas to be loaded. Is there a way to cookie cut this out. I don't want to use Bookmark. The polygons are the zipcodes-vector data polygon feature class

Ok I will try to do that. It's just getting used to the Geonet environment.
