Find Azimuth to a line

 Hello, I have ArcMap 10.3. I try to find azimuth to a line. I try to do it with Production Feature Builder but i cant see it on the toolbars. how can i find it?.

Time to start... just follow the instructions in the thread.  There is no standalone tool and other approaches involve you doing a bunch of field calculations.... then using the field calculator, so you might as well start there
