Story Map Wipe Function Question

Hello All:

I'm looking to create a Story Map using the wipe feature to show before and after images of a Seattle haz waste remediation.  Images of the clean up from Google Maps are attached. What base maps can/should I use to show this change?  Are there other ways to illustrate before and after work?

It's usually not a good idea to post more than one thread of the same question. The places thing matters but usually you pick one place to put it (in this case Story Maps​ or in State​) and if you wanted to add it to other places, you would just tag those places like I did above using the @ symbol and then the place name. I would suggest deleting this post and sticking to your main post here:
