I want to make an exercise for Arcgis10.1 Desktop

And I have to use the datas under C:\arcgis\ArcTutor\GP Service Examples\Watershed

but where can I download this datas.

you see I m a beginner.This software is huge, but very intersting.Maybe I already have the datas installed but they are not connected yet to Arccatalog. I will check that first.Thank you for your help.
