How to create a map which displays the highest value in each row?

Hi,

I'm currently attempting to display the NS-SEC values for the year 2001 in London, and wish to display which sector type has the highest value in each of the Output Areas, but as I'm an amateur with Arc GIS, I cannot figure out how to accomplish this.

ZONE_CODE	KS14A0002	KS14A0003	KS14A0004	KS14A0005	KS14A0006	KS14A0007	KS14A0008	KS14A0009
00BEGS0001	5	14	33	18	8	9	25	7
00BEGS0002	3	15	27	18	11	11	34	20

For example, how would i display on a map for zone "00BEGS0001" that field "KS14A0004" contains the highest value?

After having all the max value's field name in a new field, you can use it to label the zones or set symbology.
