I downloaded a free test version a few weeks ago. The tool is pretty neat, but for $1000 USD, I can get most of the table editing functionality I need out of ET GeoWizards/Tools for $250. However, I didn't get too deep into GISConnector, and can definitely see it's value for certain tasks. I had some issues with the download, and their staff was quick to respond (especially for having a 10 time diff with me out in CA) and totally top-notch.
