We are considering a vehicle tracking system that will export truck locations to a kml file every second. Is it possible to add this kml file to ArcGIS Explorer and have it update at a certain interval (every 5 seconds maybe)? If so, is it as simple as setting the source data refresh options in the layer properties to 5 seconds?
