How to Download ArcGIS Explorer 900?

Hello,

I've had trouble installing 1200, and based on what I've read here, others have as well. I'd like to try to download and install 900 instead, but I can't find a place to do that. On the arcgis.com site, all I can find is the 1200 download.

Any pointers on where to find 900?

I just did a Google search for "download ArcGIS Explorer 900" and came across this site:

http://geo.geek.nz/esri/arcgis-explorer-build-900-now-available/

which points to the following location to get the 900 version:

http://gisupdates.esri.com/ArcGISExplorer/Build900/ArcGISExplorerDownload.exe

Just to let you know that the next version of ArcGIS Explorer - 1500 - will be released in a few weeks so it would be worth giving that a try. It contains numerous enhancements over the 900 & 1200 releases.

I hope the major inhancement is killing the bugs that hampered 1200...

all versions of Explorer are available from the esri servers.
At the download page, right click on the language version and "copy link location".
paste the link into a new browser address bar
edit "Build 1200" in the link to the version you want (900, 500, etc)
hit enter
