I second the motion. As an alternative - if you are using a Samsung device - try using Samsung SideSync. I've used it for demo's, the main drawback is that you'll need to download a program on a desktop/laptop computer to run it (e.g. wont be able to go straight to a TV/monitor).
Using an app on your phone, and making a connection to the program on your machine, you can stream your phone's screen onto your computer's monitor. You have options of how to connect, either wireless over Wi-Fi, or usb from your phone to computer.
