    I am deploying the Finder App on my local web server and referencing an AGOL map.  I believe that, when viewed on a mobile device, this app should utilize the popupMobile class or an equivalent.  The default infoWindow simply does not work on a small mobile device (i.e. iPhone 5).  I did this with a custom built app (see enclosed code sample), but have yet to figure it out on the master app structure.
    var popup = new Popup({
              fillSymbol : sfs,
              pagingControls : true,
              pagingInfo : true,
              offsetX : 10,
              offsetY : 10,
              zoomFactor : 2
         }, domConstruct.create("div"));
         popup.getSelectedFeature();

         var popupMobile = new PopupMobile({
              fillSymbol : sfs
         }, domConstruct.create("div"));

         //Apply popup based on device screen width
         //Used to define infoWindow, see map variable below
         var width = $(window).width();
         function whichPopup() {
              if (width < 768) {
                   return popupMobile;
              }
              else {
                   return popup;
              }
         }

         map = new Map("map", {
              //center: [-84,33], //Monroe Extent
              zoom : 9,
              center : [-83.65, 32.82], //Bibb Extent
              basemap : "streets",
              logo : false,
              minScale : 3000000,
              navigationMode : "css-transforms",
              showAttribution : false,
              sliderStyle : "small",
              infoWindow : whichPopup()
         });
