Better control of text in the Summary metadata

Since it is the Summary field that feeds the "About" in the Simple Map Viewer template for mobile and tablet devices, as well as the pop-up description in the Gallery and other places, it would be nice to have some control over that text the same way you do in the Description and Access and Use Constraints input fields.  Bold, Italics, Underline,  carriage returns and bullets, etc.
