Workflow Manager quick keys to save and refresh

I would like quick keys in workflow manager to save and refresh. For example a CTRL S to save, press F5 or CTRL R to refresh the page, CTRL O to create a new job, CTRL F to find a job. This is basically functionality in most applications and helps improve efficiency.

Much improved in 10.1. Time to upgrade as the funtionality in 10.1 is greatly increased all over the landscape.

Have you tried Pro at all? The functionality you are looking for isn't there as it is now an integrated application but I'd appreciate your thoughts as a user thinking about 'keeping it simple'
