Display REST Service Name Under Windows Services

    It is not possible in most cases to identify the exact GIS REST service associated with each ArcSOC.exe process running on a Windows server.  This makes it difficult to kill those processes after stopping the GIS REST services but finding that there are still several SOC processes running after the fact.  Even killing the database sessions/connections with SDEMON or with RDBMS alter system command (in this case, via Oracle) will not stop the remaining SOC processes from attempting to reconnect.  What would be helpful is to be able to see which GIS REST service (by folder and name) is associated with each ArcSOC.exe process when running TASKLIST /svc in the command prompt rather than seeing "N/A".  See the screenshot for a visual description...
