Start implementing ideas that have a large number of votes

Idea created by forknuts on Sep 2, 2012

If an idea has a large number of votes (let's say more than 5000), perhaps that is an indication that it is in fact a good idea and worthy of prioritisation for implementation. For example, the 64bit ArcGIS Desktop idea (64 bit ArcGIS Desktop) has 11640 points and 44 comments as at 3 September 2012, yet the idea is not marked as "Under Consideration" and there is nothing to indicate that this is a priority idea. The ArcCatalog Recycle Bin and Add a spellchecker to ArcMap for text elements in the layout ideas both have over 7800 votes and no indication of consideration or implementation.
