When working in layout view and doing a cut and paste, it would be helpful if the selection was pasted back to the same location. Currently when you paste it offsets it vertically andf horizontially.
That's right. Better would be to allow the user to specify the offset coordinates. Even better would be to finally fix deformation of proportions when copying graphics between layouts: Fix ArcGIS Layout bugs.
