Take 2 polygonial layers, one as zonal layer and one as parameters layer and calculate the weighted area average of parameters for the zones.

For example, you have a polygon of watershed and in another layer polygons of soil type with Hydraulic Conductivity (Ks).
If you want to calculated the average Ks for the watershed then today you need several steps:
    1. intersect the layers
    2. multiply the Ks by the area in the intersected layer
3 dissolve with summarizing the Ks_Area field
    4. divide the Sum_Ks_Area by the watershed area.

A tool that does it in one go would be nice.
