One issue I'd like to see resolved is the ability to control the size of symbols. I have several non GIS users in my office using this software to view their data, and a good chunk of it is point data using graduated symbols. When they zoom in to the extent of a layer, the symbols appear at their intended size. However, when they zoom out, the symbols retain that size, over lap each other, and in essence, the layer just becomes a blob of overlapping points. If a reference scale could be set, then the symbols would decrease in size as one zooms out. This option is available in the desktop version (under data frame--> general), but it would be great if the next version of Explorer would incorporate this idea.
