Adding this chat capabilites will allow user of same group to communicate dirrectly among each other. This would add more social element to ArcGIS.com.
I know this is an old idea, but think it is still very relevant, and would absolutely use it. Would love to see a widget to implement this in WAB for dev, or incorporated into Collector App. Would be great for our field workers to be able to communicate, within app, with each other, or with office staff (if implemented within WAB for instance). Especially useful for those that are responding to tickets/reports that get created as a part of our implementation of Crowdsource Reporter. Please revive this idea ArcGIS Ideas !
