Refund tech support call charges for bugs

    When users have to call ESRI because a software bug prevents installation or halts production or development, the tech support call should be free. If ESRI support doesn't resolve an issue, the support call should be refunded double.

    To make this work you can charge us double for stupid or repeat questions :).
