Tool to download Time series data from WaterOne Flow web services

Idea created by harish2rb on Nov 4, 2010
Water One flow has evolved as a standard for sharing hydrological information across domains. The WaterOne flow webservices also carried geographic information, so that we can assign time series data with a location on the map.
This becomes very crucial during water shed studies and flood analysis, which requires time series data.

ArcGIS can provide us with a tool which will allow the user to construct and water one flow web service request and thus connect to the server hosting the WSDL. Hence it will add the time series data to the attributes table thus enabling the user to use the time enabled layer property to its extent.
