In the TOC it would be nice to be able to drag and drop a layer from the Not Visible seciton to the Visible Section especially since you cant toggle a layer visible, but have to go to List by Drawing Order to make something visible. Similarly it would be nice to be able to drag and drop from the Selectable to the Not Selectiable and visa versa.
