We use Google Analytics however PDFs and CSV Collections aren't recorded on Analytics and we have to use a Python script to export the number of downloads per month, however this is done in the office and what with Covid-19, I haven't done this for several months. What would be nice is if they had an option in the contents of ArcGIS Online of the monthly downloads
