Dear all,
time to time customers migrating their Enterprise to new machine/domain or need to change their domain name (for example, company change name), or customer moving its environment to production one which are in different network and different domains.
In these cases, we are facing a problem, that Portal and partially DataStore are unable to manage the FQDN/domain change. The only part which can handle it, it´s ArcGIS Server.
Please can you consider improving Portal (and DataStore at the best too) in the way it could handle such change too as Server does? It could help a lot. Now the only way is to reinstall, or manual change of hundreds of config-files. WebGIS Dir
