Add the ability to set the date time zone when you append or overwrite a table hosted in ArcGIS Online. I have uploaded a spreadsheet with a date field and set the time zone to my area and it worked fine. However, when I overwrite the table or append data to the table it throws the dates off by one day. It does not adjust the new data to match the existing table and the process of append or overwrite does not offer the option to set the time zone. Frustrating to have to manually adjust the date field or delete the table and upload a new each time.
