Use Ctrl in table of contents to turn on/off all layers just like in WebApp portal.

Use Ctrl key in Layerlist to turn on/off all layers, just like in portal webapp.

@RafaelCruz3 This is not a feature I am familiar with. There are many apps the ArcGIS platform can create. When referring to WebApp portal, do you mean the Map Viewer? An app created with the Web AppBuilder product? One of the ArcGIS Configurable apps ? Other?
