Keyboard shortcut for panning to active feature

Add a proper keyboard shortcut for panning to an active feature in the attribute table in ArcGIS Pro.

In ArcGIS 10.x it was possible to quickly pan to an active (not selected) feature in the Attribute Table with Crtl+N. While the option is still offered as an option in the online help (Keyboard shortcuts for working with tables—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation ) in ArcGIS Pro, it does not work and only prompts a new project. Instead the current method is Ctrl+double click. This is very ineffective when working through visual assessment of features. Providing a proper keyboard shortcut would speed up manual workflows significantly.

This is a Duplicate of Add "pan to the current feature and flash it" to ArcGIS Pro. Implemented in ArcGIS Pro 2.5.
