Add Rating question type in Survey123 Connect

The "Rating" question type looks and functions great, but is not available if I'm using Survey123 Connect.

I would like to use the XLSForm editor to make my survey more robust, but there is currently no way to make my likert style questions look as good as the Ratings Widget in the web builder.

Please add this question type to Survey123 Connect.
