Flash feature in serial chart when selected in a map or in a list

It would be nice to have a feature flash or appear somehow emphasised in a serial chart when it is selected in a map or in a list.

Right now a serial chart can be filtered based on a layer selection in a map, but then the feature's bar is shown alone in the chart, the vertical axis is scaled using the selected feature only, making it difficult to compare the selected feature to the rest.

When selecting a feature in a list, no action can be applied to anything else than a map.
