When creating drive time rings in Business Analyst Online, there is no way to add barriers to the road so as to model road/bridge closures. When determining customers affected by road and bridge closures so as to assuage the concerns of business owners, having an option to add in barriers in BAO like you can in ArcGIS Online would be tremendously helpful.
