It would be very beneficial for some users, especially in the energy industry, to be able to search by PLSS (Section, Township, Range) in ArcGIS Online. Even better if it went down to the Quarter Quarter. This would benefit for those areas where addresses do not exist. It may be easiest on the ESRI side if there was a PLSS base layer that is available for the United States that is searchable. Basic searching by attributes for layers added to ArcGIS Online could be another work-around.
