The Living Atlas World Time Zones layer is a handy reference tool. However, its value would be greatly increased if users had the option to label the layer such that the current local time in each zone is displayed (with continuous updating, including adjustments such as DST where appropriate). For emergency operations, military, and other users this would integrate the traditional “wall of clocks” directly into the common operating picture, facilitating situational awareness, analysis, and decision making.
