Whenever you interact with the map view in Collector in a way that it interprets as a "pan", the "Keep GPS in View" toggles off. It would be nice to have a feature that let you configure a setting to return to "Keep GPS in View" after a certain number of seconds if you want, or a separate button to toggle on/off that is unrelated to the "zoom to my location". Users have told me in the new Collector they end up having to re-select the arrow a lot more than they ever did using ArcGIS Mobile for Windows.
