It would be useful if administrators of an organisation had the ability to delete ESRI user accounts. Currently only the e-mail address associated with an account can request to have it deleted, by e-mailing accounts@esri.com.
Also when one deletes an ArcGIS Online user account, it isn't obvious from the message that comes up, that you then won't be able to see or control the ESRI user account associated with that ArcGIS Online account.
I expected the account to still show up in our organisation.
